Farah Abed Zadeh

Farah Abed Zadeh is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the School of Computer Science, University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the American University of the Middle East, Kuwait, followed by a Master’s degree in Data and Computational Science from University College Dublin.

Farah has gained professional experience as a Web Developer at the Kuwait Cultural Office and as a Teaching Assistant at Kuwait University. Her research primarily focuses on the integration of Explainable AI (XAI) within Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), aiming to enhance the interpretability and efficiency of cybersecurity solutions.

With a strong foundation in machine learning, computational optimization, and probabilistic statistical methods, she continues to refine her research skills and contribute to advancements in AI-driven security solutions.
